  • We offer a 100% Service Guarantee on all of our services within the following two weeks. A re-do appointment must be scheduled within these two weeks.
  • Gift certificates, available for all services and retail purchases, must be presented at time of purchase or service. Non-refundable for cash or credit.
  • Please be on time! It’s only fair to the next client. Although we’ll do our best to accommodate you, Late Clients will only be given the remaining appointment time and treatments may be modified. The full service fee will be charged.
  • To avoid 50% of the cost charged to the reserving credit card, Cancellations for single service appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Salon packages and events require 48-hour notice for cancellations and reschedules. For day-of appointment cancellations, 100% of the service cost will be charged.
